Improvements

We are happy to announce that we are improving the way network support is delivered. Our new tech, Matt Fager, will be stationed here in our office full time to handle inbound support calls. He will be able to troubleshoot and resolve many issues remotely. He will escalate issues to our onsite techs for site visits. Other improvements include a new support email box, and online cases. More about our new improvements in the full-text version.
